Melissa Hsieh Nikolic is the Director of Product Management for YouTube Ads Creator Partnerships. A 23-year Google veteran, she leads the team developing innovative collaboration experiences - including generative AI solutions and monetization tools across Shorts and Creator Ads. Previously, she spent a decade leading Shopping Ads on Google.com. Passionate about applying technology to empower Creators of all sizes, Melissa has also co-chaired WomenPM and serves on various Google leadership committees. She holds degrees from USC and UC Irvine, and outside of work, loves escape rooms, concerts, and traveling with her family.
