Anjali has worked on Google Analytics for a decade, first starting in a commercialization role before moving into product management. Before joining Google, she was a product manager at Oracle. She began her career in the agency world as a media planner at Neo@Ogilvy and Publicis. Anjali is based in New York.
Lisa is a Director of Product Management for Media Effectiveness at Google. She has worked at Google for 9 years, and leads the product teams behind Meridian (Google’s open-source MMM) and Google's Lift and Incrementality products.
As a Senior Product Manager at Google based in Zurich, Katya specializes in the intersection of YouTube Ads and the creator economy. Her work centers on driving YouTube creator partnerships, enabling creators to secure more deals with brands seeking to engage YouTube audiences. At the same time, she leads product development for creator partnerships boost. This empowers brands to harness the power of authentic creator content, allowing them to run highly effective ad campaigns.
During her tenure at Google, Katya also worked on YouTube Ads viewer formats, driving performance by iterating on how ads appear on the platform. Prior to Google, she focused on product development for academic and governmental institutions. Outside of work, Katya can be found doing photography, hiking in the mountains, or having a Sunday brunch with friends.
Jenny Smith is a Global Product Solutions Lead at Google, currently serving as the Global Solutions Manager for Demand Gen campaigns. With nearly five years at Google, Jenny focuses on product development and commercialization, specializing in driving performance for YouTube customers with Demand Gen campaigns. Prior to her time at Google, she honed her digital media expertise at TikTok, Hulu, and NBC. Jenny is delighted to return to EMEA GML this year to connect directly with customers and help solve their most pressing challenges.
